We hand-pour small-batch wax tarts, melts, and home fragrance products in Chapmanville, WV. Big scent. Fun blends. Fresh pours.

1. How long do wax tarts last?
   Typically 8–12 hours per tart (warmer dependent). Rotate or add more to refresh. Store in a cool, dry place.

2. What warmers work best?
   Any standard electric wax warmer. Avoid open flame. Low–medium heat gives the best scent throw.

3. What are your products made of?
   High-quality wax blends and premium fragrance oils—phthalate-free whenever possible. No paraffin soot from burning because our tarts are melted, not burned.

4. Can I request custom scents or mixes?
   Yes! We love custom blends. Email smellmytarts@myyahoo.com with your ideas and we’ll confirm options and pricing.

5. How fast do you ship?
   Processing is usually 2–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships. Warm-weather packaging may be used in summer.

6. Do you accept returns?
   Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, email photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.

7. How strong are the scents?
   Most are medium to strong. Strength varies by room size, warmer temp, and airflow. Start with ½–1 tart and adjust.

8. How do I pay? Is it secure?
   Checkout is powered by Squarespace using secure, PCI-compliant processors. We never see your full card details.

9. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
